Peer Review Process
Each manuscript submitted to Independent Service Journal (ISJ) undergoes the following process:
1. Initial Screening
The editor conducts an initial assessment to check the manuscript's suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, as well as administrative completeness.
2. Plagiarism Check
Manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.
3. Double-Blind Peer Review
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers under a double-blind review process, where both authors’ and reviewers’ identities are kept confidential.
4. Review Decision
The final review outcome may include:

Accepted without revision

Accepted with minor revision

Major revision required

Rejected
5. Final Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on reviewers’ recommendations.
The review process is conducted objectively, independently, and professionally.
